whats this Bentonite Clay stuff????

I became curious in Bentonite Clay after seeing EmpressRi video on YouTube. I prchased two bottles of this brand (below) from Vitamin Shoppe Online. I haven't tried it yet, but I will post results

I've used bentonite clay for years as a facial mask and to do internal cleanses. It pulls the poisons out of the intestinal track. I've never used it for hair. I'm very curious.
