What's the most amount of pins you've had in your hair for a style?

I just took down a simple twist updo and I counted 26 pins. I hate having short hair. So many little pieces sticking out everywhere.

LOL! Cute thread. Some times it feels like a million, but I've never counted.

Have you ever thought you got em all out, then you're in the shower and hear a *ping* *ping* sound of pins falling into the tub lol.

Enough to not be able to get through airport security swiftly.

I was on vacation in Europe and got a stuffed twist style with a bun in the back held up by SEVERAL bobby pins as not have to deal with my hair.

EVERY SINGLE airport, i was led aside to get the manual metal detector wand placed over me.

Sometimes I think I removed all the pins from my hair until I go to moisturize my hair at night and realize I still have a couple still in my hair.

I had some ugly french roll and pin curl do that I thought was so kute back in the day. It was probably about 30 bobby pins in my head. It left sores for days because they lady made the pins scratch my scalp and I was too dumb to remove them when they started hurting.

Yeah OP, I know the feeling, putting pins to get in all those little stray pieces. The most was about 20, when I was trying updo-PS a few months back. It was so much darn work. It paid off though, now I have enough length for buns and flexi-8 clips.
