Nothing. "CW washing" is actually redundant because technically the "W" stands for "washing."
con washing, co washing, cw...it's all the same.
Now if you see stuff like "c-cow-c" then you're talking about something else, that involves diluted shampoo and so forth, and I'm not even going to begin to explain that to you You can probably find some threads on it, though, if you're interested
Well, a single "con wash" is washing your hair without using shampoo (the particulars of the exact technique may vary from person to person, but the one thing they all share is not using shampoo).
People con wash with different frequencies. Some wash regularly with shampoo once a week, but may do a con wash mid-week. Some may do several con washes in a week. Some every day. Some people may NEVER shampoo, and they clarify or whatever using other methods (Apple cider vinegar, baking soda, clarifying conditioner, etc). From what I can tell, though, most people con wash with some frequency they have determined works best for them, and then they just shampoo less often (like once a week or biweekly or whatever).
I think how often you wash is something you just have to experiment with for a while.
