Cool thanks...one more question. Do you recommend this for conditioner washes or only when using shampoo?

I haven't done conditioner washes as of date so I can't speak on it. Sorry.

i put honey and evoo in my conditioner as well. i've also used it as a pre-poo. works wonders on the hair. gives it added shine and softness imo

u absolutely have 2 wash it out of ur hair. i dont shampoo it out (unless i use it as a prepoo), i just rinse it out with water.

So you can use it for conditioner washes....thanks

Honey is a really good humectant and it adds shine to your hair.

I use 1/2 cup Honey, Suave Coconut, and EVOO as my pre-poo. I also just use honey and a warm cup of distilled water or glycerine as a rinse. :)

Honey is a humectant, so it helps keep your hair moist. It gives conditioner a little more bang... just like adding oils does. Honey also kills bacteria, believe it or not, so it will help keep little microscopic critters off of your scalp and out of your hair. It also can help to increase shine.

I use a tablspoon in my deep conditioners.

Havebn't heard abouyt it loosening curls though.
