What\'s a good Domican Salon in Brooklyn..........

who specializes in blowing out 4a/b texturized hair? I'm thinking of having my hair blowed dried and wrapped in the next 2 months and was wondering if there were any good salons that won't kill my growth or hair! Any suggestions? /images/graemlins/smile.gif

When I lived in NY I use to go to Maribel's in Flatbush...

Yeah, Maribels is good, but can get crowded. Two blocks down (Flatbush and Farragut) is a salon called Christinas. The stylists are just as good, and the salon tends to be less crowded.

If you're going in the middle of the day, either salon is fine.

Is this the same Christina's on Glenwood and Flatbush? If so, I'll check that too, thanks!

Oh Zora, You just made me miss home =(. Cristinas has some good stylists. Ive been going there for four years. Im in Tallahasee now and I miss them so much. If you go to Cristinas, have Nilda, Raquel, or Cristina do your hair. I think that they are better than Maribels persoanlly. There is no Cristinas on Glenwood but it seems like it because it is in that little corner, 1 block down.
