I got another package from Vitacost with all the stuff I ordered and had already gotten. I called them and let them know I got the first package yet they sent me another. Should I send it back?

Hell to the naw, I would keep it, unless they try to charge you for it. I would justify it to myself by saying its just good karma coming back to me for something I got ripped off on in the past.

I agree with this. And make sure that if they want it back, they send you a postage paid label. Their stuff is not free, neither should you be, by sending it back at your expense.

Call them. The same thing happened to me with a KBB luscious locks hair mask order. I ordered about 3 jars and 2 weeks later got 3 more in the mail. I called Karen and she just said to keep them. I would have felt bad ripping here off. "Karma" will never give you good fortune by taking someone elses fortune away.

I don't know what it is you're talking about, but free products are free products. I'd keep it. But if you're asking this question, then you're not like me and you have some sort of reservations that it'll come back to bite you in the butt.

i say call and see what they say. Cuz u can keep it and all will be good 4 like 3 months, then in april u'll see a charge on ur card account where they automatically took out the money cuz they finally caught their mistake, and that'll b money u weren't expectin 2 b gone that month. Try 2 dispute it and they'll say "well u have the products don't u?' and by then u kno u woulda used them up so u can't return them....similar experience when the bank credited me $600 when all i put in $100. i tried 2 do the right thing, I called and told them i did not put that in there and did not know where it came from and FOUR reps assured me that it was in my account. I took it as a blessing and thought some stranger wanted to give 600 to another stranger so i took it all out quick and spent it up, bout a month later, i saw a -635 (overdraft fees suck) bank balance that i had 2 pay back, they FINALLY caught their mistake and said even tho i called them, i knew i didn't put it in there so i shoulda left it in there, and sadly....they were right and i knew it so....

but it could work out fine 4 u

Free products are great, but what if they realize their mistake and contact you, asking for the products back or the money for it?

I would call them and see what they say, that way its a clean transaction, they may just let you keep it for being honest. I would send it back if they sent me a postage paid label. I think if God was giving you the products, when you call them God will instruct them to let you keep it.

I just called and they ask me to send them back. They are sending me a pre paid label. I wanted to keep them but my conscience wouldn't allow it.
