I checked and it was $10.95 before shipping cost, which, was an additional $10.57!

I bought mine from an Ebay seller with an Ebay Equestrian store for $13.99. I think the shipping was in the $8.00 range. So I paid like $21 something total. I don't mind paying a little more this way, since I can use Paypal ($1000 buyer protection on Ebay). I don't like to provide my financial info to any old site in order to buy something. Too much fraud out there.
