What was/is your transition regime?????

Hi,

I'm 3 months into my transition and i've been finding it hard to find a successful regime, i've tried doing the weaves, but they itch. I took a full head of weave out yesterday after about 3 weeks and so much of my hair came out when i was washing it. It was soooooo scary!!!!

I'm going to to give it a break and then put braids in next week, but i would love to hear about your transition methods, from those who have successfully transitioned and those who are currently doing so????

I did roller sets, then wash and go, then hair pulled back with bobby pins, then bun.
Shampoo bar weekly but wet hair + conditioner almost daily after the roller set phase ended. Shampoo with hair braided after 7 months. I started with a short relaxed cut like in avatar, left the back natural then grew out front over 13 months.
