What type of shea butter should i buy

I want to purchase some unrefined shea butter from Natures Wild Child. They have more than one kind. Should i purchase the african ghana gold, or the african natural or the soap grade. I think the soap grade is if you want to mix with other things, i'm not sure. please advise. thanks

It was recommended to me to by the African Natural. I did, it's nice and creamy once melted w/oils added. I love it and need to reorder myself.

I also have and love the African Natural. I had a sample of the Gold...but I like the other better.
