I use grey magnetic rollers - the hard plastic ones. I'm assuming you mean directly after - and not when dry - yes?The rollers I use are about 2 inches in diameter.

Actually they may be a little bigger. 2.5 - 3 inches?

I used them when I was 3 inches past shoulder length (I used them at shoulder length too!) so it should be fine.

oh okay thanks...
Okay this may be a dumb question, but what do you use to keep them in place or do they stay up there by themselves?

No...not dumb. I use roller clips. Silver ones. Like the ones Caress posted a picture of in the "do you wear your hair down thread" - I think.

She was explaining pin curls.

I use the double prongs pins though. They hold better.

I need to try those double prong pins. The other ones pop out sometimes, especially when I'm sleeping. Thanks Tracy.
