What type of no lye relaxer do you use?

When I was relaxed, I used dark and lovely super (no lye). I notice that a lot of you all use affirm with lye. Just wondering.

I've been using Vitale's Lye Relaxer in Regular strength for over 10 years and I love it. I use their whole line for relaxing hair- here's what I do:

1) Oil hairline w/vaseline to prevent burns
2) Section hair in 4 parts (I always alternate doing the front and back, based on which half of the head I did first the last time)
3) Apply Vitale Lye Relaxer (Regular)
4) Rinse thoroghly
5) Apply Vitale Positive Conditioner for 5 minutes w/plastic cap
6) Wash w/Vitale Neutralizing Shampoo
7) Shampoo w/Creme of Nature and deep condition w/LeKair
