What to do for a Relaxer/Chemical burn?

I used to use aloe vera, but my aesthetician told me that aloe vera is great on all types of burns except chemical burns, so I shouldn't have used it on relaxer burns.

She suggested using vitamin E gel instead. My mom used a vitamin K cream on her burn (non chemical) and it worked really well.

Thanks, I have some at home I can use.
