What should I use??

I used to use myphotoalbum but they shut me down and i don't like it enough to pay to get reinstated.

What should I use now to host my hair album? I wanted to add regimens and style stuff to it. Any suggestions?

I know a lot of you use fotki, but then I also hear a lot of complaints about fotki too...also, it aint free.

If I don't find anything else (free or VERY cheap) I'll just start a hair blog to hold the pix and info.

Any ideas??

You can, but then there will be a limit to how many photos you can upload, I'm not sure what the limit is.

Definitely! They start you off with 70MB of storage space, then you can request an additional 50MB of space every thirty days. If you chose to you can purchase the premium membership and have unlimited storage, but what's the point if you can get additional space for free every month.
