What should I do?

That would be a good idea. Alot of people on this board do it because sweat leaves behind tangles, salty buildup, and itchy scalp. However if you are doing light texcercises with minimal sweating it may not be necessary to do them everytime you excercise. But conditioner washes arent for everyone, so see how it agrees with your hair.
 
Conditioner washes don't work for me so when I work out, I do it with a fan blowing on me so I'm not sweating.
