Since Dom poos are not as popular as the cond, I was wondering what poos are used at the Dom Salons. For you ladies that frequent these salons, what are they pooing with. Are they using American poos and then using the Dom cond. Just curious.

I've senn them using Nacidit brand as well as La Bella

Salerm, Lafier (ofcourse they use non descriptive clear containers so you can't see what it is sometimes  but I recognize the scents and my stylist told me when asked)

Actually on Sunday when I was getting my hair done I was trying to sneek a peek on what products they were using and I saw that they were using Biolage shampoo and conditioner in someone's hair:confused: . But for deep conditioners they use Dominican products.

Same here. My salon uses Biolage Matrix Poo/Conditioners, with Dominican deep conditioners.

In my Dominican salon they use Creme of Nature in the white and red bottle, all the girls have that at their station. Some of them use Matrix Biolage shampoo and Tresseme moisturizing poo & different types of neutralizing poo. that's all I've seen beside what's in those clear bottles .

Do you not approve of Biolage shampoo and conditioner? I have heard good things about the products.

O no it's not that I don't approve, it's just that I thought they would try to use as much of their products as possible and not just reserve them for a deep conditioner.

I've seen Nacidit in there as well.

Now they are using this conditoner, leave-in, product in a silver bottle that just says "El Bebo" deep conditioner and leave-in. They try to hide it but I picked it up from one of the stylist's station and it said it was made in Italy. But I can't find it ANYWHERE on-line. When I asked they said "you can't buy it anywhere mami". I just think they don't want me to know!!

I think that they put Dom products in other product bottles to make you think it's that product. Whatever the case, I love my Dom (Nacidit, Star Lacio Lacio and Silicon Mix) products that I use at home!

Mine uses Biolage also!! I thought this was strange at first, but it looks like its a pretty common brand used in DR salons.

Mine uses Quantum shampoo. I liked it, but I noticed a lot of customers brought their own shampoo.

Gotcha! It could be the preference of the stylist given the benefits/advantages of Biolage versus something else they may have tried. That would be my hunch. ;)
