your diet : Nothing Special. I take a daily multi.
weaknesses : It is relaxed so it's more fragile. I usually get breakage in the crown area that I have to watch out for.
Strengths: Well, I have curbed the breakage and my hair is much more soft and moisturized. I am also tying it up every night so it doesn't dry out and break like it used to.
Hair Type: Mostly 4a, 4b in the crown.
products you use : Aubrey GPB mixed with Lekair cholesterol (2-3x weekly), Creme of Nature and Elasta Shampoo, Affirm 5-in-1 (backed down to using it every other week).
your hair goals : NO breakage (or at least minimal) and for it to grow past my shoulders. It's about 2" on top and 3-4" on the sides (it's in layers). I have a while before I reach my goal

The good thing is I have gotten about 1/2 to 3/4 in. of growth since my last relaxer of April 19. So I am getting there.

your diet// pretty healthy, with biotin and multi vitamin supplements
your hair Weaknesses and Strengths// relaxed and (semi) colored, so I have to moisturize a lot and be careful
Hair Type// i would say completely 4b, but after examining my new growth i've noticed something like 3c hair too
Products you use// allways natural supergro, EVOO, surge, frizz ease relax daily replenisher & straight forward, ORS olive oil sheen, Ion Repair Solutions Effective Care Intensive Therapy Treatment, some nexxus phyto organics & lanza samples, pantene r&n intensive moisturizing conditioner (those are the main ones)
your hair goals// back to bra strap by the beginning of '05, 2 inches past my shoulders by end of summer, to retain all my growth and not have any split ends, AND MORE SHINE! (i love shiny hair)
 
My diet is good. I pretty much stick to the food pyramid and eat about 1800 calories per day.

Weaknesses and strengths- Well my hair grows fast, but it is prone to dryness.

I don't know my hair type. When I look at the pictures my hair is not as loosely curled as the 3b, but not as tightly curled as the 3c.

I use anything that we have in the house, currently I'm using vo5 conditioners, shampoos and the shower works stuff, keracare humecto, jojoba and coconut oil, lekair cholestorol, garnier fructise mouse, miss key 10 en , aveda sap moss stuff and razac leave-in. Most of that stuff was in the back of the closet. I should really buy all my own stuff. Oh, and I texturize my hair with hawaiin silky relaxer once or twice a year.

My hair goals- I wanna see if I can get hair down to my but when it's not straight. Currently it's a little bit past bra strap. And I want less breakage.
