hi ladies,

can you please tell me what products, shampoo [ castiles soap, soap bar etc] or can i only use sls shampoo ? thanks i dont want to keep striping my hair !!

Cream of nature shampoo works great IMO. It's a gentle shampoo without SLS. A lot of ladies here like the green label, but I love the red one.

To my knowledge most shampoos including non-sls and sls will work. I think soaps will work fine too.

Mineral oil doesn't build up in the manner that cones do. Any type of surfactant (even gentle) should work on mineral oil.

I love elasta qp cream conditioning poo:lick:
i use to use cream of ntr BUT the new formula has sulfates my hair har thrived since i stopped using sufates i only use sufates once a month to clarify
