What relaxer to use?

Help please, I dont know what to piut in my head. I have a 1o'clock app. and dont know what to tell her to use. She used Vitale the last time but I didnt really like that, my hair was shedding alot after she did it.

Try Affirm Mild. That's what I used before I started self relaxing with Elucence.

I used Affirm back in the day. That was probably my best relaxer experience.

I like Motions best. I also used to like Elasta QP and Mizani. I found Affirm to be drying when I used to get those. I used that from ages 13-16, though, so maybe it was because I just wasn't taking care of my hair *shrug*.

I like Motions too. My hair came out extremely thin when I used Affirm.

Design Essentials was my favorite, but I got Nu Expressions for my last touch up and I like it a lot better. I'd say one of those two.
