What kind of MSN/Botion/Sillica are u taking?

I do not use MSM or Silicia but the ladies seems to like Puritan Pride Biotin either 1,000 mcg or 5,000 mcg. I was taking Biotin from Doctor's Trust and just recently switched to Puritan Pride. I take enough vitamins already but I am considering Silica from Puritan Pride.hTh
