What is underprocessed hair?

I've heard people on here talking about it.I just don't know.

Its hair that isn't relaxed fully. Like if someone where to rinse your relaxer off after 8 minutes, it wouldn't be straight like you are used to seeing. Many of us don't relax our hair super straight anymore because it can take alot of the strength our of your hair.

Underprocessed hair is something like putting a relaxer in your hair but it doesn't straighten as well as you wanted it to.

Maybe someone else can explain it better than I did it.
