Go and see a (Black) Dermatologist. I think you may have a hair fungus.
A few years ago my mom had this same problem she got it from a styles.
Who was using the same combs and brushes on everybody.
Wash your hair tools in bleach and hot water once a week.
Never use other peoples combs or brushes or let them use yours.
