I'm confused (and maybe some others too) . When people say that they are APL or BSL is that one piece of hair that has made it to those lenghts or all of the hair (excluding bangs) all the way around?
Yeah my hair grows in a V-shape so techinaclly not all my hair is BSL, but the sides of my hair are only 2" from BSL, while all the back is, so I still consider myself BSL.
That's a really good question Jlove...I have layered hair so I know certain areas will reach APL b/4 others (almost there)... I'm seriously considering changing my goal from using the back of my hair (which is the longest) to using the sides of my hair...I really won't be satisfied until my front/sides are apl then bsl..the back is pretty much a no brainer.
Some ladies hair grows in a V and some ladies hair grows in a U. So if your back parts are touching APL or BSL and your hair grows in a V. I say you're APL or BSL. U is basically the same length all around so if you are a U..you would be APL or BSL all around at the same time or your front won't be far behind from the back.
