What is the problem-My hair still has a wave pattern in some areas?

as you all know i received a relaxer last saturday after basically not having one since 2005. it was mostly grown out maybe about 1 inch on the ends were left.

Anyhow, the least kinkiest part of my hair about a 3c in the back is in loose waves and the other parts in the middle crown section still have their pattern too.

I thought he left the relaxer on for long enough but it seems that my curl pattern is very hard to break. I wanted it bone straight but i guess he did that on purpose, who knows?

Anywho, he used Dudley's Sensitive Scalp. what do you think could be the cause of my hair not being completely broken down?

Sounds like the relaxer was not strong enough. Did he use Mild or Regular?
