Let ME break it down for you.

Deep conditioning usually refers to leaving the conditioner on the hair for a long time. Also adding heat to your conditioner is deep conditioning it. You can deep condition with moisturizing or protein conditioners.

A reconstructor is a potent protein conditioner that usually contains keratin.

A protein treatment can be either a treatment with a reconstructor or a treatment with a lighter protein conditioner. It doesn't really mean anything except that you applied a protein conditioner or reconstructor to your hair. It isn't a type of product.

Poohbear explained what they do well.
