Lustrasilk Conditioners

Pantene Relaxed and Natural Mask

LeKair conditioners

Motions Conditioners

There are a lot of good conditioners but I have found that consistency is the key. Use the conditioner regularly to get the best results. I personally like EQP DPR-11 and Hairveda Moisture 24-7 for moisturizing treatments I add oil to them as well. For mild protein I like ORS paks or cholesterol. For heavier protein I like Aphogee 2 min recovery and Motions CPR.

I agree, consistency is the key. I previously used Organic root stimulator hair mayo mixed with honey (my version of humectress). They stopped making it in the jar so I went with elast qp dpr-11 and mix it with some olive oil. It's great for moisturizing. ORS replenish paks are also great!

Verifen Complex conditioners

Add olive oil or an oil blend such as Hot 6 or Africa's Best to the following:

Aubrey Organics Honeysuckle Rose
Motions Moisture Plus

I just purchased Alter Ego Energizing Rebalancing Conditioner and that stuff is awesome!!! I love this stuff and I use it as a leave in too and my hair is the moistest it's ever been:yep:

I also love Aubrey Organics HoneySuckle Rose....wonderful!

For hair repair:

1. clarify with nexxus aloe rid

2. apply nexxus keraphix, cover with plastic and sit under warm dryer 20 minutes, do not rinse

3. apply nexxus humectress on top of warm keraphix, cover with plastic and let hair cool without heat for at least 20 minutes, longer if possible

4. rinse thoroughly

this has "fixed" my hair for over 2 decades, way before LHCF when I was clueless . . .

I've tried this with other protein/moisture products but nothing works quite the nexxus combo. I think because: no cones + ceramides + just plain ole fantastic ingredients = excellent results. . .

For growth: I don't stress growth cuz new growth by 3rd week post touchup is a big clue that no problem GROWING hair. My problem is RETAINING length and I do that by babying my ends with moisture, oils, protective style, whatever just so my precious ends do not break off . . .

My two favorites that helped restore my hair are:

WEN tea tree (actually, helped with my crazy scalp...flaking and itchies vanished! Also I believe inorder to have healthy hair you have to start with a healthy scalp and this stuff does the trick)

WEN Lavender (Has all the great hair growing stuff in it, plus it moisturizes like no bodies business)

Honorable Mention:

Jessiecurl weekly moisturizing treatment (great ingredients)

For damaged and repair:

Motions CPR conditioning treatment
ORS Hair Mayo

You can follow the Motions recipes on their website......basically it's deep conditioning your hair every 4 days-you just rinse/co-wash and then apply your deep cond w/ heat. When I did this I followed up with the Motions Moisture Plus and used my regular styling products. I can honestly say that the CPR saved my hair and that consistency is the key.

Yeah, the nexxus orginal line is simply, well, perfect! Been *using* for over 20 years and I think nexxus is why my hair stayed at SL instead of me going totally bald what with my primitive hair practices pre-LHCF. :yep:

The combo of therappe, humectress and headdress is a classic trio that I return to over and over again . . .

I think its the high concentration of ceramides

I use DPR-11 mixed with Humecto in the bottle (to thinnen it out a bit as I find DPR-11 on its own to thick to spread), I ten mix some EVOO, CO and a honey extract
