What is SURGE?

I used the Surge Woojee Cream by mixing it with Silk Elements Mega Cholesterol Conditioner also with Aphogee Keratin Reconstruction Conditioner, and sat under my hooded dryer for 20 mins, rinsed out and blow dryed my hair with a round brush. After i was done blowing my hair out, it felt sooo soft. I know it was because i added the Woojee Cream to my mixture this time. Now i haven't used it on my hair daily because my hair is natural and if i use something that is water based, my hair frizzes up like crazy. So i can say so far, Surge has gotten my vote.
