What is so good about GNC vitamins????????????????

Hey everyone!

I've seen a lot of people on here that use GNC hair, skin, and nails vitamins...what is so good about them? I would like to try them if they promote hair growth. Please note how long you have been taking them and what they do for you if you take them...

I recently started taking GNC's UltraMega Woman and Biotin. I will say that I've seen a lot of new growth for only 2 wks. post relaxer, however, I started taking them the same time I began a new regimen of other products to healthy long hair.

I have been taking the GNC Ultra Mega Woman with Iron since August 2003, and simply have observed an overall improvement of my health, well-being and appearance, including my hair. I think these are quality vitamins. In fact, I recommended the GNC Ultra Mega Men to my brother, who has a mild high blood pressure condition, and he, as well as his doctor, have noticed an obervable improvement in his health.

BTW - I think that the Ultra Mega Woman has a better ingredient content than GNC Hair, Skin and Nails, but, that's just my opinion.

So, I recommend them highly.

What products are you using that promote healthy, long hair? I'm always looking for the next best thing.

I take GNC UltraNourish Hair accompanied with the GNC MSM (with glucosamine). I think they work well together. The UltraNourish replaced my centrum

I personally do not take vitamins for hair growth, specifically. However, I know that I am experiencing the residual benefits from vitatims which promote overall health.

I also take Country Life 1,000mg Ester-C.

I usally buy the GNC Ultranourish Hair Vits they seem to be
giving me good results.
