What is my hair type?

Hiiii LHCF sisters,

I always see pictures of hair types, and I just can't tell what my hair type is.. I know I can't be the only one who isn't too sure of their hair type lol.. I thought this would be a good thread to help all the ladies that are unsure like myself.. Will someone please help me out a little! Thanks so much!

I would guess 3c or 3c/4a BUT it won't be clear until you chop the relaxed ends off because at the moment they are weighing down your hair.

It is hard to tell with this much relaxed hair on the ends. But, I am going to guess 3c/4a.

It may be 4a/4b, but like a previous poster said, you can't really tell until you cut the relaxed/heat damaged ends off. Good luck in your HHJ!

Yes I'm transitioning. My last relaxer was June 2012. I want to big chop already, but I'm thinking I should give it another couple of months. I've always heard that your hair looks much different when the relaxed ends are chopped off. The suspense is KILLING ME lol.. Thanks so much for replying!
