what is a touch up?

Hi ladies,
Im very hair dumb and I really dont know much about my hair. Ive been using surge plus 14 spray mostly on the left side of my hair (because thats the shortest side) for about 2 weeks now and the results are amazing. I have new growth! I read a lot on here, and I think my hair needs a touch up, but I am not exactly sure what that is. Is that just a relaxer for my new growth? TIA.

A touch-up is when you apply a relaxer ONLY to the Newgrowth (NG). HTH.s

Yes, just for the newgrowth. Be vewwy vewwy careful not to overlap!

thanks for the info. im going to get a touch up next thursday since I now know what one is. Im going to the hair place to get it done and I hope she wont overlap!
