What is a good heat protectant

Fantasia IC Heat Protector (in the pink bottle) :yep:

Fantasia makes my hair so soft, shiny, super straight and SWANGIN! My hair just blows in the slightest breeze with this stuff, and it neeeeeever did that before. A little goes a long way, and my flatiron feels like it's going over silk when I use this heat protectant. I've only used it to flatiron so far, but next time I'm gonna use it to blowdry my hair too. It smells good, it's cheap and you can easliy find it at Walgreens, Sally's, CVS, etc

Wait a second. Am I losing my mind? Saida, I could have sworn you had this post up last week. LOL. I don't know if it's from the recent upgrade on the board, or if I really am losing it. :lachen:

I could have sworn....oh well.

Anyway, I use IC Heat Serum as well. I use the one in pour bottle and the spray. The spray makes it easier to apply when I'm doing rollersets. I use the one in the pour bottle when I flat iron my hair.

Chi silk infusion is my baby. I've used others but this is my fav. I use a small amount on my hair before I flat iron and I use it to protect my ends durring my relaxers. For me its multi purpose. The price tag is a little steep but I've had the same small bottle for a year.

Chi silk drops is the best for me from what I have tried.
My second choice is Redken Heat Glide

I use Chi silk infusion because it does not have any alcohol in it AND it has a very pleasant scent:lick:.
