A dominican is someone from the dominican republic.

Dominican blowout is some procedure that you have to go to a special dominican salon to get done where they blow your hair with a hand held blow dryer and when its done your hair is all fluffy and straight like a new relaxer

A Dominican is someone from the country of Dominican Republic. They are afro-hispanics. The texture of the majority of their hair is simiuar to puerto rican with a bit more afro texture to it.

As a result, they have got the blowdrying procedure down to a science. They can straighten hair that has never been relaxed and make you think that person walked out with a fresh relaxer.

They dont use lots of oily products, and like to leave hair full of bounce!

The results are awesome - I consider it a treat but watch out for the heat!
