What ingredients make a chelating shampoo chelate? LOL

I ask because many people consider ORS Creamy Aloe a chelating shampoo and when I read the bottle (unless I am missing something) it does not claim to be a chelating shampoo. Thoughts?

I just did a Google Search: While they both remove product build-up, the chelating shampoo contains ingredients that remove Metals such as Iron and other metals, calcium that are contained in water.

No, I mean what specific ingredients in a shampoo make it chelating shampoo? Is it a certain sulfate?

I am not great with ingredients, so I look for it to actually say chelating formula. I use Kenra. It clarifies and chelates.

CHELATORS ARE:
Disodium EDTA
Tetrasodium EDTA
Sodium Citrate (also called Trisodium Citrate) - it is milder than the 2 above

So this DOES make Nizoral shampoo a chilating shampoo. I just started using it as per my doctor's instructions and my hair feels really light and soft when I wash it off but once it dries it's crunchy! :nono:
