what hair do I buy for this hairstyle? (pix)

I was told to buy romance curls ( which is already precurled), and someone else told me to buy straight hair and use the magic wand? So i know there are some guru stylists on this board and would give me a better idea. I am going out of town and wanted something low maintenance and easy to maintain , so I would rather the hair be precurled?
