2x daily moisture
2x daily mtg (horrible dandruf)
Not combing (Lord I will never do this again)
Air drying (my ends look horrible)
No heat
Co-washing
I just relaxed n had not really combed my hair for about 7 days n it was a shedded mess. I thought my hair was gonna come outof my head. Thanks God is stopped. It was shedded hair and not broken hair thank God.

Feeling crunchy, oily, or hard
Moisturizing and sealing more than once a day
Not combing
Being freshly relaxed (it hates that flat feeling)
Hair sprays or other styling aids (see reason #1)

I'm not sure yet... (I recently relaxed after 1yr5mo of bein natural. BUT, it seems to still act funny towards protein. I'm really trying to figure this out because I need to know if I need it due to the color and relaxer!

Since my bc earlier this monh I've found that my hair:

Really doesn't like non-organic products
S Curl
only washing once a week
Shea butter

YOU....lol just joking.
Now i'm transitioning it hates protein. And i don't think it likes coconut oil, it barely does anything

Baking soda
Shea butter or any butter for that matter
EVOO
Cream moisturizers
Creme of Nature Shampoo
...come to mind

Wet combing
Going more than one day without combing
twistouts, braitouts, anything curly

shampoo, too much heat, buns where I just use a band and pull my hair halfway through and not deep conditioning every time I wash.

gel, hair spray, mousse-(I swear I'm the only one with hair that hates ALL gel)
most proteins
silicones
Nature's Gate and Garnier products
lanolin, mineral, corn, olive, and soy oil
beeswax

High concentration of Rosemary in products (makes it DRY)
Heavy moisturizers (Makes it flat)
Bantu Knots (Breakage City)
Avocado oil (Makes it DRY and grainy)
Using a particular product for a long period of time, or excessively. (Stops having the same effect)
Tea Rinses
