I can't answer your question, but I just bought Apretadora thinking the same thing!
I haven't found Alter Ego yet, but can get Apretadora. Have you used the product or know others that have? I just bought it Saturday and it's scheduled for use next week, any information you have about it would be helpful. TIA!!!
