I decided to give my hair a break from twists for a few weeks and just detangle, use a leave-in and oil with my new oil, Amla Oil. What do you think of these ingredients?

Natural Sesame seed oil, Ayurvedic Emblica offinalis, Piper Iongum, Tinospora cordifolia, natural fragrance.

I've decided that when this runs out I will make my own considering I have the ingredients to make it. I bought it several days ago, and the jury is still out for me. But leaning toward liking it. It has a very strong odor but my hair seems to like what it does for it. It's a strong herbal scent that sometimes smells chemical. Ink scent. I apply it to freshly washed hair and scalp then I add VO5 Tea Therapy as a leave-in. I make small sections and denman brush my hair and put my hair up in two braids overnight.

Although my hair was not as soft and supple like it is when using castor oil; my hair was shinny, smooth, less frizzy, and felt stronger. It almost looked like I lightly flatironed my hair and curled the ends. The best visual I can give you is a blow out roller set. I liked how it looked and would have worn it that way had it not been raining. My hair also looked full and long. This also happens to me when I use Sabino Moisture Block without heat except SB gives me a more silky texture. Has anyone else experienced this with Amla oil? Do you think there is a chemical in there that they didn't mention?

(Sorry, No Pics.)
