I agree. I also think constant moisturizing, no brushing, Surging, nutrients like MSM and Biotin and protective styles are right up there too.
Might I add that the reviews, advice and support of the women on this board have been invaluable. Before finding LHCF and seeing photographic evidence of great hair and not so great hair turning into super hair, I was skeptical about results. This board has been a true inspiration! Even after setbacks, I find my hair is looking good, (soft, shiny and moisturized) and growing wonderfully well. Thanks, Ladies!
