What do you think about... satin scrunchi\'s?

I found this website where the lady sells a few satin-related hair items, including satin scrunchis. I've been using hairbands cut from pantihose for some months, but they don't seem to be too great for my ends right now. I'm seriously gonna purchase a few of these in the near future. Just wanted to know if any of you ladies have used these kind of scrunchi's b/4. Looks like it could benefit some of you bunners out there.

I started using my satin scrunchies for my bun after a kept hearing Snap! Crackle! and Pop! when removing my cotton ones. Also, My ends feel smoother when I take down my hair, they do make a difference IMO.

As far as satin scrunchies go, I love 'em. They don't pull out my hair nearly as bad as regular cotton scrunchies. In fact, my usual bedtime hairdo is putting my hair up in a few ponytails with satin scrunchies.

BTW - I usually buy my scrunchies at Walmart b/cause they can be expensive in the drugstores.

No prob, andreamaria. The lady also sells these beautiful satin pillow cases

.

so1913, I would have never thought the pantihose scrunchis would have been so bad to my hair! For the last few weeks, I would take them off and see some of my hair still attached to it.

IrisDaVirus, thanks for the tip on Walmart.

I started seeing that too with the pantyhose when I used it to hold my puff

. As I slid it back, hairs would get caught in it and I could hear and feel them (especially hairline) snapping. I found the ouchless headbands and started using them.

yeah those are great prices! Usually they are like 4 or 5 bucks for one!

I havent seen them at walmart, where do u find them?

I found 2 black ones in a pack for 2 or 3 bucks at burlington coat factory...they have cute hair accessories and cheaper than Claires,etc...

Re: What do you think about... satin scrunchi\'s?

I love satin scrunchies. They seem to be quite gentle on my hair.

Re: What do you think about... satin scrunchi\'s?

Leslie, looks like you found a decent deal if they're usually that expensive!
Sounds like these satin scrunchi's work on all hairtypes! I can't wait to get my hands on one.

Re: What do you think about... satin scrunchi\'s?

I want to order some but can't decide between the heavy satin and the lighter satineese. I wonder if they both are good for the hair?

Re: What do you think about... satin scrunchi\'s?

I'd like to know myself what the difference in feel is. But I would assume though that they're both good for the hair. Maybe the satin lasts longer?
