Coat dry hair with the new V05 Oasis Almond Honey Conditioner (that I’m trying to get rid of) and detangle.
Apply diluted Nexxus Therappe shampoo to scalp only using an application bottle gently massage scalp, allow shampoo to sit for 5 minutes.
Rinse shampoo and conditioner out.
Follow with ACV rinse, used for clarifying. Let ACV sit for 5 minutes and rinse well.
Then the fun part, I’m going to use the Biotera Reonstructing Conditioner with no heat for 30-45 minutes. (bought the trial packs at Sally’s on sale for .99) This is supposed to be a reconstructor but I’m not sure if it has protein so when in doubt I follow with a deep moisturizing conditioner just to be safe (this will probably be a cholesterol conditioner mixed with olive oil, honey, molasses OR coconut oil) with heat for 30-60 minutes. Rinse. Then I may need to use some instant conditioner for detangling (Pantene HC, S&S or Miss Clairol 5Xstronger Rehydrate conditioner for dry damaged hair). Then moisturize, seal and bun it, hopefully until the next wash. Another natural armed with a bucket or two of conditioner. Sigh. Such is the life.

The next wash I plan on doing a clarify. I feel a little build up and deep condition of course.

wash w/ Elasta QP creme conditioning shamp
TRYING OUT the DB moisture shine tx and manage leave in for the first time
finish off with a quarter sized amount of serum all over hair and roller set.

Avalon Clarifying shampoo (1 lather)
Keracare Hydrating Detangling Shampoo (1 lather)
AO GPB Hair Conditioner and Nutrient (w/heat)
CB Smoothe Triple Silk Conditioner

Giovanni Direct leave-in + WGO

rinse hair with water.
apply moisturizing conditioner(not sure what kind yet) and sit under dryer for 15 minutes
rinse and apply Giovanni direct leave-in
spritz hair with my concoction of distilled water,castor oil and evoo and a few drops of rosemary oil
put hair in ponytail to dry and use baggie technique for ends-coat ends with extra Giovanni direct leave-in before applying baggie
