i'm thinking of switching to this line. sorry mane n' tail :(
with the scalp scrub, can this be used to remove debris or clean the scalp or is just for balding areas?

Don't remember a lot of things but from what I remember it clogged my hair and made it pretty greasy. But a lot of people here rave about it. i say give it a try.

This is my alternate line. I alternate this will keracare as my protein line. I like the Hair Mayo. It makes my hair really strong over time. It tricky tho. You have to apply just the right amount and rinse it really well. If you leave some in- it will make your hair gummy

I like the ORS Olive oil. I alternate this is my Keracare headdress. Its heavier and works well when i need a perm or trim as my hair is extra thristy then.

Im gonna try the other shampoos and stuff later on.

yeh i was ona coach and my friend use the olive oil moisturizor and SWORE by it, so theres me on a hot coach, used a dab...BREAKAGE!!

my hair truly hated it, it drank it straight and my hair turned frizzy and very greasy. its put me off the wholleee line. i'm kinda scared to try anything new, i had to force myself to use Salerm and i'm glad i did. i think i have 3 lines now..

Organic Root Stimulator Elastic -i- Tea - Herbal Leave In
How is this.....
Has anyone really ever used it as a leave in and setting lotion?

I like SOME of the products from the ORS line. I enjoy the ORS Replenishing Pak, it's pretty amazing for my thick thick type 4a hair. I also like the mayo, it strengthens my hair well. THe Olive oil lotion was a bit heavy for me, very greasy, I haven't tried other products from the line but I'm sure I will in the future.

I've tried:

ORS Pak - one of the best conditioners out there
Aloe Shampoo - very nice
Olive Oil Lotion - very heavy but OK for buns

I'm thinking about switching to their relaxer. And I've been dying to try the hair mayo.

I really like it the ORS PAK is great for deep conditioning- it smells good and leaves my hair strong.
i just used the Aloe Shampoo... all i acn say is 'whoohoo' wish i found it earlier. as soon as it hit my hair i felt the difference... this is a keeper!

now i wanna try more of the line... might test some stuff out this week end. saying that im very happy with my staples so HMMM i better keep on with those for now! hehe

I use the ORS line almost exclusively:
  • Hair Mayonnaise is great at strengthening hair; I sometimes add honey, castor oil or sweet almond oil to moisturize. I found that using this weekly has been more effective as a protein treatment than using Aphogee once every six weeks.
  • Scalp Scrup is excellent at cleaning the scalp; I just wash my hair with conditioner (non-ORS) and my scalp has never been healthier looking.
  • Carrot Oil is the business for daily moisturizing; I sometimes put it on wet hair before roller setting. This has got to be my all time favorite hair product, plus it has great ingredients.
  • Olive Oil Lotion (in a bottle) made my hair greasy and the ends crunchy but smells great; I suspect this is due to the petroleum in it. I gave it to a friend who has 2 daughters with natural hair. Many board members swear by the Olive Oil Creme (in the jar). It doesn't have petroleum, but I have never tried it.
The only thing that seems to be missing from the line is a moisturizing deep conditioner w/o protein or it's not sold in France. The water in Paris is very hard, so it's a real task for me to keep my hair from drying out.

Hope this helps.

I love some of their products.
I swear by the Relaxer, I use the Replenishing pak each week, and I love the Olive Oil Lotion for blowdrying, so I dont use it that often.
I really dont use anything else.

I think those are all the products that I will ever use.

ORS Replenishing Pak--the bomb...smells great, leaves hair soft and shiny
Carrot Oil---staple moisturizer
Aloe 'Poo--detangles like a dream, I  it when I use their relaxer
Their relaxer is the best out there....I'm never using another again
Olive Oil Creme----I have dry hair, so this a godsend when its looking like a broom

I just ordered samples of the Hair Mayo and the Nature's Shine which I'm about to jump outta my seat about, lol..

I love this line...

I really like this line. I have been using this line for about a month now. It's really good.

Aloe shampoo- cleans well without stripping the hair
Uplifting shampoo- great clarifier
Replenishing pak- the best light protein conditioner I have ever used
Olive oil lotion moisturizer- the only moisturizer that actually keeps moisture in my hair. I use this daily
Carrot oil- great for the ends when bunning
Hair mayo- I'll try this on Sunday. I'm hoping to use this as my heavy protein treatment before touch up time.
Fertilizing balm- after I relax I'm going to pick up this to nurtue my nape back to health.
Relaxer- I'll try this is about 2 weeks.

The verdict is still out on some things not yet tried, but for the others, I'm loving what I see.

So far so good.

I use the relaxer. I mix it with more olive oil, it left my hair soft and shiny.
The aloe shampoo cleanses and detangles like nobody's business.
Replenishig Pak delightful!
Hair mayo is a great strengthner!

Hair Mayo....staple for protein treatments! and perfect for thos ewho still want strenth without the stiffness.

Replenishing pac...I actually mix this with the mayo and get great results!

Lotion...okay..a bit oil. It seems that it would be Good for holding/moisturizing presses IMO (though I have yet to press my hair) because its not water beased and you dont have to worry about reverison.

I have tried the hair mayo in the past (still have some) and liked it. I have a few cons so I swap them in/out. I also tried the replenishing pak for the 1st time last weekend as a after con for an Aphoghee treatment and loved it. I just wish that it came in a bigger size.

I got a sample size of ORS Olive Oil Replenishing Conditioner attached to a new jar of ORS Carrot Oil... I used it for my CO Wash this morning and.... *drum roll* I think I found the conditioner I have been looking for!!! The slip was great! I applied Coconut Oil to my wet hair... didn't like the curl definition so I added the Replenishing Conditioner as a leave it and pulled it back with a claw clip... I think I'd like to see what else this stuff can do!

Love the relaxer--tried it this weekend and don't plan to use anything else, ever.
Loved the shampoo and moisturizing lotion that came in the kit--I used the tiniest bit of the lotion on my hair when I flat ironed it after the relaxer, and it came out silky smooth and not greasy.
Love the replenishing pak--will alternate after washes with ION reconstructor.

ORS Replenishing Pak- love the smell, the feel and my mom love it also. Oh I use it with my daughter also.
Carrot Oil- works great with my daugthers dry scalp and works with my thin hair.
Aloe Creamy Poo - Love it for me, have not tried it on my daughter.
Olive Oil Creme - Too oily for me and my daughter....
ORS Oilve Oil Mousse - Love it...

ORS replenishing pak is off da chain!!!!!!!!!!!!! love it love it!!!!!!!!:D
It's the only product I have used in this line

Would you consider the Mayo to be a light protein or a stronger one? I bought it yesterday and am thinking of using it in place of my Keraphix, ... any thoughts?

I use the ORS Olive Oil in the jar. Its alright.... good for moisturizing, but very heavy/thick, and I don't like the way it makes my hair curly and kind of wet (I guess its the water in it). I usually seal the moisturizer in with Kera Care essential oils, which takes some of that curliness out. Either way, it's fine because all I do is bun it afterward. So all in all, I think it serves its purpose, which is to keep my ends and length moisturized.
