Ok I am taking my braids out friday! A whole month yay! my new growth is , LOL I want to purchase the best shampoo and conditioner. I have been looking at old threads but it is sooo hard to decide. So I would like to know what is your favorite shampoo and conditioner combo? What type of hair do you have? And why is it your favorite? Thank you in advance!

I use Jason product: Natural Biotin shampoo and conditioner. To be perfectly honest with you I really don't understand how to tell what hair type I am. I like this product because it's good at repairing damaged hair, my sister said that it makes her hair grow. If so it's probably because of the biotin which is said to promote hair growth.

Hair Type: 4a Relaxed

Why its my fave: The shampoo is super gentle and really moisturizes my hair. It feels moisturized without a conditioner. Gentle enough to use everyday. Smells good. Doesn't strip it and has lots of natural components. The conditioner makes my hair very soft, yet gives it increased elasticity. Easy to rinse out. Gentle. Smells really good!

I used to use this shampoo and conditioner as well. I have not used in years, but when I did my hair was in really good shape. I may go back to it.. :scratchch
I don't have a fav at the moment. I am currently using cream of nature. But I really like queen helene as a deep conditioner.

Hi Brwnsuga,

I'm currently feeling Kenra Moisturizing Poo and Conditioner. I am 4a/4b/4z . It is a very moisturizing combo... Although, I'm almost out of the poo and probably won't repurchase. I'm LOVING Elatsa QP Cream Conditioning Shampoo. But the Kenra MC is a staple.
