what do u know about the phyto vits.

I need a hair/nail vitamin and was considering the phyto vitamin. do you recommend it? Is it worth the money? Do you rec. something else? Help a sista out.

Funny you should mention these. I just ordered some yesterday. I read so may good reviews on them. I guess I will find out soon enough. Of course, they are vitamins, so I know it may take a little while to see results but I will see for myself if it's worth it. I will give it a good month to see if there is any difference.

they really do work. my cousin used to use them. your hair will grow faster everywhere though. she even started getting nose hairs. you will have to shave more often.

There are two different Phyto vitamins: Phytophenare and the newer Cap Energy. The Cap Energy is considered part of the Phytospecific line where the Phytophenare is from the "original" Phyto line. I haven't done an ingredient comparison but maybe someone else has.

I used to take them religiously for about 6mths, I didnt really see a great differerence. This was before LHCF though so maybe I just wasn't taking care of my hair right as I had more of an issue of rentention not growth. I started taking silica and saw faster results in the health of my nails and now my hair is better.
