Mine came in a light blue case, though.

But, I think you can find nice ones that don't cost so much. I love my shears but I do think the ones you can get at Sally's may be good, too. The have some that are $10, $15, $20 and up.

Mine are Jilbere which I got from Sally's. I think I paid like $20, and I think they're a pretty good pair. I'm shopping for a new pair because I left mine at my mom's in Cali and I'm pretty sure my baby sister may have used them on her Bratz dolls or something, so I'm not willing to take the risk. Anyhoo, bumping this thread for more responses. (Thanks for starting this GymFreak - I know, I'm all late - lol!!!)

I got mine from Sally's a month or so ago. They are LOGO Cricket professional shears. They are $39.99 and I paid $24 with a sale and coupon. These are the best shears I've ever owned. The scissors are sharp and the cut is very, very precise.
