I just finished my bottle of MSM by Bluebonnet and I want to minimize the amount of pills that I take on regular basis. I want to try MSM in powder form but I want to purchase a good brand. I use the Trimedica 100% Pure Powdered MSM. I get it at the Vitamin Shoppe. I like it because it's making my nails very strong and when I mix it with water it dissovles almost instantly and has virtually no taste. Also I haven't experienced any of the side effects that I've heard others have from MSM and I take 4000mg/day.
