What are the best Extensions to use to promote hair growth?

My hair is in it's natural state. I plan on doing the crown and glory method, and putting in extensions (african-kinky curly one) for 2 months a time for a year. But, I don't want to use one that is going to dry out my hair and not enable my hair to grow. Should I use kankelon 100% fiber hair? What's the best kind of hair to help me reach my goal?

Use the kanekalon or human hair. I guess which one will depend on what style you choose to wear. Don't use that regular synthetic. It'll dry your hair out and tear it up.

I don't know what brands you have in the US, but Xpressions is good for regular braids, there's a new one Outre Batik by feme (I think) which looks and feels like human hair and is like a quarter the price and comes in lovely curls (that don't fall our) and nice straight hair. But in general kanekalon is the one you want HTH
