Anybody still do these?

Though I love a airdried rollerset, that humidity keeps kicking its ass. So, I'm thinking that going (way) back to wrap sets will be a way to incorporate: frequent washing, no heat, and a straight style.

Thoughts?

Are you saying that wet-wraps can cause thining? If the answer is yes, I never new that....

Just learned something new.

I tried it in and it took like 5 hours to dry under the hooded dryer and still came out frizzy. It is a lot of manipulation for long relaxed hair in my opinion but if your hair is shorter it may work for you. Do be careful of the thinning like mentioned before....

I still do wet wrap sets. I never really stopped. I think my hair is doing well and I don't really see any thinning. When my hair gets long I will domore roller sets but for now I am sticking with the wet wraps.

I do it occasionally, but no me gusta! The back of my head always comes out frizzy. If it works for you, more power to you!!
