Wet rollerset natural 4b natiral hair

Hello All,
Is it at all possible to roller set natural 4b hair? if so how long do the curls stay?

I have only ever rollerset wet twists. The curls lasted as long as I was willing to put rollers in my hair every night to maintain the shape while I slept. I don't use styling products when I wear twists so basically I washed, conditioned, ACV rinsed and drip dried a little and then when my twists were still damp, put in rollers and went to bed, letting my hair dry in them. In the AM, I had that do.
