I have been trying to keep my regiman simple. Lately I have been washing my hair twice a week but I had not had much time to do that all the time and I noticed that some ladies on here have beautiful hair and they only wash once a week. So I decided to reduce washing my hair to once a week. I noticed a big difference. My hair seemed to dirty up quickly. But I really just don't have time to wash. So this morning I tried something new. I put a plastic cap on my head and allowed my ends to hang out. I put some conditioner on them and when I got out of the shower I sprayed glycerin/aloe vera on my hair; little bit of cantu shea butter leave in; and some oil to seel and thenplaced my hair in a bun and put a plastic cap around the bun. I went to sleep and half way through took the plastic cap off and put on a silk cap. I let it dry a bit. When I got up to go to work, my hair was moisturized and soft and it did not feel so dirty. I bunned up and went to work. This might help those who don't like to wash their hair so often.

I do this all the time. Instead, I put my hair in two pony tails and wet the ends in the sink or shower. Then add a little leave-in, oil, let air dry, and re bun. It keeps the ends soft till wash time.
