In the past 24 hours, I have bough rosemary oil, castor oil, carrot oil and shea oil.....now if I could find a creative way to put them to use...especially this rosemary..im a little scared of essential oils
The key to using essential oils is to get a good carrier oil to help absorb into skin and/or hair. Jojoba, sweet almond, coconut, and evoo all work well as carrier oils.
Rosemary oil works almost like an exfoliant for your scalp so I would mix that with jojoba (as a carrier oil) and a couple drops of castor and you can put that on your scalp or new growth. I use the shea oil to seal my ends. I have never been a big fan of carrot oil but I hear its great for a hot oil treatment. I hope this helps!
