wow... however i think most of the people who this aren't trying to get SUPER clean hair. that's what clarifying it for. i'm guessing wen is like a conditioner wash that doesn't cause buildup?

So Wen contains scalp irritants like essential oils and menthol? I'd take those any day over the thousands of toxins, chemicals and preservatives in most other commercial products

And how can those idiots recommend using a shampoo with cones??? The point of using shampoo is to get the cones OUT of your hair, not pile more on top of what you already have

Chaz has a LINE of products for a reason. If you use all of his products (or stay away from grease, mineral oil, etc), there won't be a need for "regular" shampoos. His cleansing conditioner will do more than enough. Of course those simps don't mention that little tidbit of common sense

So now we are going to compare essential oils which are not making up 30% of the product to sulfates which make up majority of shampoos on the market today. Ummmmm Okay......

Generally speaking, when essential oils are causing irritation, it is because someone is using then neat, directly on the skin without dilution.

While I can understand where they were trying to go, they just left alot of holes in their argument.

Paula Begone???
Hmm. This is the same woman who claims mineral oil is good for hair.

Please.
This always targeted to the MAINSTREAM. We all know who that is.:nono:

ummmmm i think most of us are smart enough to know that shampoo 2 n 1's were out way before wen cleansing conditioner. we also know or should know that a cleansing conditioner in no way can get the same results as a shampoo. there was already an article posted about how a 2n1 shampoo can only do so much conditioning and cleaning at the same time. so...yea, thanks for this article though.

I have to agree with her. I looked up all the ingredients, and none of them are actually cleansing. Its pretty much just an expensive conditioner. But many women on here actually like to co-wash, so I am sure they actually like this.

But its kinda funky that this conditioner cleanses and doubles up as a leave-in. I know everyone here hates cones, but they do protect the hair, they are in most heat protectants and leave-ins.
